Why Program?
The majority of people who go to the gym know how to workout, but find themselves going from this exercise to that exercise without any real idea of what they're doing. They tend to stick to exercises they like or exercises they find easy and at the end of the day wonder why they aren't seeing results. An exercise regimen needs variety as well as structure so the body doesn't plateau.
If you already know how to exercise correctly without any plan of attack on how to reach your goals then check out some of the programs below. I guarantee that the person in the gym using a program, whether with a trainer or by themselves, will get better and faster results than the person who does the same routine every week. I used to think writing out a program was a waste of time until I did it for myself and got the results I wanted.
If you're sick and tired of not getting results or making gains, you have nothing to lose by trying out one of these programs. Remember though, resistance training is just a small part of reaching your goals. If you spend 3-5 hours a week training with weights that leaves about 163 -165 hours left over. That's plenty of time to negate all your hard work with poor sleeping and eating habits.
Equipment
Not everyone can afford expensive exercise equipment they use at the gym. Typically people just buy some rubber dumbbells and an exercise ball. The web sites below provide plenty of equipment that's easy to use and easy to move such as bands, tubing, medicine balls, etc. I've bought and used equipment from both sites and have no complaints so far.
Programs for Sale!
The average client at a gym will end up paying a large amount of money to have a trainer. They're either unmotivated, need more direction, want to learn more or just simply have the extra money to spend. If this isn't you then check out just getting a program. All of my programs are 3-4 days a week, 6-8 weeks long and will cost almost nothing compared to what you will pay at the gym. That's anywhere from 18-32 sessions. If you only want to train 2x a week; that's ok, you can buy any program and break it up. If you work out 1x a week then your out of luck.You will not get any results working out 1x a week. I guarantee it.
All programs are at least 6 weeks long. I'll meet with you and go over the entire program and the extras below that come with it. Also, I will give you 1 free session of any workout of your choosing from your program as well as a fitness evaluation.

Each Program is used with microsoft excel and comes with the following:
* Target Heart Rate Calculator - Already programmed with the correct formula
* Weight Gain / Loss table - Tells you how many weeks and x per week you need to train to hit your goal
* Program phases - Explains all the different phases from endurance to power with the correct rep / set scheme
* 10 Rep Max Converter - Lets you figure out the correct weight to use for different exercises
